Wander is a hobbyist Star Wars: Jedi Academy roleplaying community. This notice explains, in plain terms, what personal information we hold and why.

What we store

Game account & characters. Details created in-game through the StoryForce mod — your account name and your characters (name, species, faction, and similar) — sync to our database.
Your Discord ID. When you claim a character or submit content, we record your Discord user ID so we can confirm ownership and permissions.
Content you submit. Character biographies, journal entries, and images or screenshots.

What is public

Approved character records and the timeline are shown publicly on this website. Anything you submit for your character is intended to be published — please don't submit anything you wouldn't want seen publicly.

What we don't do

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
We don't run analytics that identify you. If we ever add visitor statistics, we'll use a privacy-preserving, cookieless service.
We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (a D1 database and R2 image storage). Your game password is never published to the website.

Your choices

You can ask us to hide or remove your character record, journals, or images at any time — reach a Loremaster or Admin on our Discord. Removing your game account itself is handled in-game with a server admin.
